This summer, a group of colleagues and I have started reading, “How Emotions are Made: The Secrete Life of the Brain”, by Lisa Feldman Barrett. We are about of the quarter of the way through the book, and can tell you its a good read for people wanting to get a good general overview on emotion research being conducted today (and a nice review of past emotion research).
I’ll check in later in the summer, and tell you some of my favorite parts of the book.
