After a couple of cloudy days in Texas I was excited to see the sunshine. I went outside for a few minutes and just soaked it up. Instantly. I felt good. I think we sometimes forget how important being outside in the sun can be in helping lift one’s mood. A recent article talks about the benefits of sunshine, and this includes sitting in a sunny room compared to one that doesn’t let the sunshine in as easily. Not only is it a mood booster, but it might be the key to a healthy life. With the day setting a little earlier this time of year, remember to take a few minutes to enjoy the sun!
